The fire raffle web site is designed to help fire companies keep track of a large number of tickets throughout the selling process and handle registration for the event day.
Currently there are four main stages:
- ticket entry - Envelope numbers and ticket numbers are matched up
- ticket selling - sellers are assigned tickets and ticket purchaser information is entered as the tickets come back
- registration - handles ticket holders (who may or may not be the purchaser) and guests that come the event day
- winners - handles logging of who wins what prizes by ticket. a separate section is setup to track small games winners.
